No.10 ENVELOPE CONVERTING GUIDELINES
Manufacturing and printing guidelines are not the same for all envelopes sizes. For the best results follow these guidelines for all envelopes up to 6" x 9".

Safe Area for Simple Copy Printing require artwork be no closer than 1/8 " to all scores (folds) and window die cutting.

1/16" Wrap Around Printing Artwork must have a minimum of 1/16" over bleed across all scores (folds) allowing coverage sufficient wrap around on the finished folded piece.

1/8" Bleed Off Printing
Artwork can not be the net size of our dieline allow 1/8" bleed off dieline allowing for 1/16" movement during die cutting.

Caution:
Industry standards allow up to 1/16" variation of all dimensions including window size and position throughout the run.
