guidelines are not the same for all envelope sizes. No.10 size 4 1/8 x 9 1/2 envelopes
require a minimum of 1/8 " No
Print Safe Area from all scores and window die cutting positions.

these guidelines also can apply to printing on pre-folded envelopes. Jet litho
presses can print bleeds on pre-folded envelopes best to contact us for details.
We always recommend sending us a PDF to review prior to printing.
Printing Full Coverage
Jobs
With Windows
Do not print the window die line
or knock out area inside the window die line to indicate window placement. Keep
critical type, images or graphics a minimum of 1/8" away from window die
cutting position.
Printing can not be net size of the finished folded piece.
Incorrect overbleed may have non printed areas of the paper showing where it is
not intended and expect variation due to movement throughout the run.
